Customer Support Agent - Dutch Speaker (Remote)

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Europe, European Union, EMEA, Greece Location: Athens, Greece Work Model: Remote Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week Customers who contact us in Dutch rely on our team in Athens, and this role helps us look after them. Start date: 19 October 2026. You will be the first person customers reach when something needs sorting out. You will work across phone, email and chat, so flexibility is part of the job. Your Responsibilities:

• Stay calm and courteous with frustrated customers
• Pass recurring issues to your team leader so they can be fixed at source
• Recognise when a case needs escalating and hand it over with complete notes
• Suggest improvements that reduce repeat contacts

Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Patience and a helpful manner, even in difficult conversations
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Clear, professional written and spoken communication
• A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection for remote work
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
