Remote Position

Data Analyst

🌍 Remote · United States 💼 Full-time

Aetos Imaging · Delivery Organization · Remote (US-Based Required) · Base Salary: $70-90K Aetos Imaging is revolutionizing how industrial and manufacturing giants manage their most critical assets. Our System of Reality is a cutting-edge B2B SaaS platform that provides unprecedented visual intelligence, helping facilities operate more safely and efficiently. As a rapidly growing company recognized as a "2024 Top 10 Innovative Company in Georgia," we are at the forefront of digital transformation in the industrial and energy sectors. We're a team of driven builders and problem-solvers making a tangible impact, and we're looking for exceptional talent to join our mission. Who We're Looking For We are seeking a detail-obsessed Data Analyst to be the engine of data execution across our client sites. This is an internally facing role at the heart of our implementation process: you will take messy client data (spreadsheets, maintenance system exports, procedures, and raw video) and turn it into a clean, navigable digital twin of a facility. Reporting to our Senior Data Manager, you will own day-to-day data work from week one, with a clear 90-day ramp. The ideal candidate is methodical, thrives on high-volume structured work done right, and follows instructions exactly. This role must be based in the US, as some client datasets can only be accessed from inside the country. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Import & Standardization Clean, standardize, and import client asset lists from Excel files and maintenance system (CMMS) exports into the Aetos platform. Import and maintain client work order history, including closeouts, corrections, and downtime and labor data. Follow documented import workflows precisely, and flag where they can be improved. 2. Procedures, Training Content & Asset Tagging Build procedures and training courses from client SOPs, videos, and equipment captures, structuring steps, formatting content, and preparing supporting media. Place and verify virtual asset tags in 3D facility scans, working from prepared tagging packs. 3. Quality Assurance Run first-pass QA on imported data, tags, and training content before anything reaches a client. Document what you changed and why, so the team can trust every handoff. 4. Reporting & Data Support Refresh recurring reports and dashboards, and pull platform usage metrics. Turn around small data requests quickly, such as user lists, access resets, and record corrections. What You Bring Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills: comfortable cleaning and reshaping exports with thousands of rows. Attention to detail: real tolerance for high-volume, structured work done right the first time. Clear written communication: you can follow an instruction pack exactly and document what you did. Self-directed in an async environment: comfortable working from task packs, recorded walkthroughs, and a project management tool such as ClickUp, and quick to ask questions when something is unclear. US-based: several client datasets can only be accessed from inside the US. Bonus points: SQL or experience with a BI tool. CMMS or maintenance-data experience. Python or scripting for repeatable data prep. Industrial or manufacturing exposure, such as P&IDs, electrical panels, or maintenance workflows. Spanish.

What We Offer

Impact & Growth: You will be the first hire under our Senior Data Manager, with a clear 90-day ramp and real ownership from week one, in a delivery organization that is scaling fast.
