## About the Role We are seeking an HR Data Analyst to help advance a data-driven organization through business-focused analytics, reporting, visualization, and data storytelling. This role will work across business functions, platforms, and operations to deliver insights that support informed decision-making and strengthen a data-first culture. The position focuses on moving beyond historical reporting toward predictive and preventative analytics at scale after foundational reporting is established. This is an analytics and data visualization role, not a data engineering or ETL position, and it is fully remote. ## Key Responsibilities Deliver actionable business insights through compelling Power BI data visualizations and analytical storytelling. Develop cohesive business architecture stories across functions using design thinking and rapid analytical prototyping. Demonstrate the art of the possible through data storytelling and visualization. Build analytical models and design experiments to uncover meaningful insights and validate findings. Analyze complex structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets to identify trends and generate business insights. Participate in defining the organization's data strategy and execution path. Help develop the organization's digital data fabric in collaboration with product partners. Work within a data factory model and collaborate with vendors to scale and maintain the analytics environment supporting business functions. Present ideas, findings, and insights effectively to business stakeholders. Collaborate across complex, cross-functional, and fast-paced business environments. ## Required Qualifications 5+ years of related professional experience. CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry knowledge. Extensive experience with data visualization. Demonstrated experience using Power BI and/or Tableau, with Power BI preferred. Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to work with complex structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data. Ability to work effectively within a complex, cross-functional, fast-paced organization. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and analytical insights to business stakeholders. ## Preferred Qualifications BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Academic or professional focus on data visualization. Strong experience with Power BI, specifically. Experience with business architecture, design thinking, analytical prototyping, and data storytelling. Experience contributing to data strategy and digital data fabric initiatives.
