About the Role

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Associate, Measurement to support large-scale assessment programs for district, state, and national customers. The role focuses on data analysis, statistical methods, and collaboration with psychometric leads and subject matter experts to support assessment activities. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, understands data structures, and has experience using statistical or programming tools such as SAS or Python. This position offers remote work and participation in Pearson's annual incentive program, subject to eligibility.

Key Responsibilities

Support large-scale assessment programs serving district, state, and national customers. Perform data analysis and apply statistical methods to support assessment activities. Collaborate with psychometric leads and experts on measurement-related work. Work with data structures and relevant programming or statistical tools to support project requirements. Contribute to assessment-related analysis and deliverables in coordination with the broader team. Required and Preferred Qualifications Experience with data analysis and statistical methods. Familiarity with data structures. Experience with SAS or Python is valued. Ability to collaborate effectively with psychometric leads and subject matter experts.

Compensation and Benefits

Eligibility for Pearson's annual incentive program, subject to applicable program terms. Location and Work Arrangement Remote work arrangement. Travel of up to 5% may be required.
