About the Role
INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Marketing Data Engineer for a 12-month contract supporting Marketing Analytics initiatives. In this role, you will design and build data models, pipelines, dashboards, and analytical solutions that help marketing teams measure campaign performance, improve marketing effectiveness, and make informed business decisions. You will collaborate with Marketing Technology (MarTech), Marketing Data Science, Data Operations, and other cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions. The role requires strong SQL, ETL, data modeling, data visualization, and programming experience, along with an understanding of data integration, privacy, and data quality.
Key Responsibilities
Work with MarTech, Marketing Data Science, and Data Operations teams to develop analytical solutions that improve marketing effectiveness through streamlined and automated reporting. Design and develop data models, pipelines, dashboards, and analytical solutions to support marketing programs and campaigns. Solve data integration challenges using appropriate ETL patterns, frameworks, and query techniques across structured and unstructured data sources. Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, program and product managers, and marketers to understand data requirements and communicate insights effectively. Design data architecture for large-scale projects while evaluating system design and operational cost-benefit trade-offs. Implement data security models aligned with privacy requirements and ensure appropriate safeguards are followed. Identify and address data quality issues to maintain reliable analytical outputs. Produce clear, accurate, concise, and decision-ready analytical deliverables. Independently validate AI-assisted outputs for correctness, originality, and business relevance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent experience. At least five years of experience in a data-focused role, such as Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Data Infrastructure Engineer, or a similar position. At least five years of experience with SQL, ETL, data modeling, data visualization, and at least one programming language. Python is the preferred programming language.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building and maintaining data integrations with advertising and marketing technology platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, Display & Video 360 (DV360), Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), TikTok, and Salesforce. Experience collecting advertising performance data through APIs, webhooks, or batch file imports. Experience managing data pipelines and business intelligence solutions that support marketing measurement, reporting, and decision-making. Experience building and maintaining survey data infrastructure using platforms such as Qualtrics, Medallia, or custom web applications. Experience collecting survey data through APIs, webhooks, or batch imports. Ability to design flexible data models for storing, transforming, and modeling complex questionnaire responses. Location & Work Arrangement Location: Remote within the United States. Contract duration: 12 months. Work authorization: Must be a U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States. Salary & Benefits Hourly compensation: $60–$80, depending on the applicable terms of the engagement.
