Debt Consolidation Sales Representative

Job Overview As a Debt Consolidation Sales Representative, you’ll speak with clients about debt relief and consolidation options, assess their financial circumstances, and explain potential next steps clearly. You’ll combine financial sales skills with attentive customer support, helping clients make informed decisions while following applicable financial and banking regulations. This job starts as $18-22 per hour plus commissions based on monthly sales goals. Duties Conduct sales calls and telemarketing outreach with professional phone etiquette and clear client communication. Review client information, perform credit and debt settlement analysis, and use math and financial concepts to assess account details. Explain debt relief and consolidation options, address questions, negotiate appropriately, and close sales without overstating outcomes. Record interactions and follow-ups in a customer relationship management (CRM) system; Maintain accurate account records, including account analysis, reconciliation, accounts receivable and payable, debits and credits, and revenue cycle management. Qualifications 1+ year of phone sales, call center, or financial services experience (debt relief or lending experience is a big plus) A track record of meeting or beating sales goals Strong listening, communication, and objection-handling skills Self-motivation and comfort working independently in a results-driven environment Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
