Director Business Integration

Role Description The Director Business Integration is responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives that align business processes, systems, and organizational structures to support strategic goals. In this full-time remote role, the director oversees end-to-end integration programs, from planning and requirements definition through execution, stabilization, and continuous improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with senior leadership to define integration objectives, coordinating project teams, managing timelines and budgets, and mitigating risks across multiple workstreams. The director assesses current business processes, designs future-state workflows, and ensures that new solutions are effectively implemented and adopted by stakeholders. This role also involves monitoring performance metrics, preparing status reports, and driving communication among departments to ensure cohesive, scalable business integration.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making. Demonstrated experience in program management, with the ability to oversee complex, multi-phase initiatives. Expertise in business process design and optimization, including mapping current and future-state workflows. Hands-on experience with integration efforts, such as system, process, or organizational integration across diverse teams. Proficiency in project management, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functional areas and levels of the organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to executive and non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving capabilities and a track record of driving continuous improvement and change management. Experience working in remote or distributed teams and comfort with digital collaboration tools.
