Role Description The Director Business Planning Analysis is a full-time remote role responsible for leading strategic planning, financial forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization. This role oversees the development of business plans, evaluates growth initiatives, and provides data-driven recommendations to executive leadership. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing key financial and operational metrics, building and refining financial models, preparing reports and dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on budgeting and resource allocation. The Director will also drive continuous improvement in planning processes, ensure alignment with company objectives, and support decision-making related to product, market expansion, and revenue optimization.
Qualifications
Strong business planning and business analysis skills, with experience leading strategic initiatives and long-term planning. Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights. Expertise in financial planning and finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms) and comfort working with large data sets. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus. Experience in digital media, creator economy, gaming, or SaaS environments is beneficial. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
