You lead the listing work for the companies we build and advise: readiness, advisers, audits, documents, and governance. To date we've supported more than $1B in transaction volume and 100s of closed deals across 250+ industries, and we run 28 AI agents in production inside our own operation. What you'll do Screen companies for listing readiness: track record, profit, debt, management Build each listing plan, timeline, and budget Pick and manage the outside advisers: auditors, lawyers, listing sponsors, exchanges Coordinate due diligence, audited accounts, and the listing documents Work with the capital raising team on the raise around each listing Keep the governance standard high: independent directors, lock-ups, clean reporting Who you are 8+ years in equity capital markets, a listing sponsor / Nomad / certified adviser, or the listings team at a law or accounting firm You have worked on IPOs, direct listings, or reverse takeovers on Nasdaq, NYSE American, TSXV, AIM, Aquis, Euronext, or First North You can explain prospectus, audit, and lock-up rules to a business owner in plain words Bonus: CFA, ACA/ACCA/CPA, or a law degree; experience bringing several small companies into one listed group

Compensation

Base plus a success fee for each completed listing, which may be partly in equity with a lock-up. Ranges are discussed openly on the intro call. Location Remote, worldwide.
