Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources. Stay current on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to drive individual and team success. Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future initiatives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies and media outlets. Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all marketing channels.
