Director of Business Development

We are actively seeking a highly accountable Director of Business Development for Aaidebook, a tech-forward home healthcare operation based in Queens. We specialize in delivering personal care and skilled nursing services directly to clients' homes and coordinating seamless patient discharges from hospitals and nursing facilities. In this full-time, field-based role reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the driving force behind our growth across personal care, private duty nursing, private-pay, and Medicaid-eligible services. What You Will Own: Strategic Growth & Personal Production: Develop our business development strategy while personally building productive relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, and community organizations. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing marketing and business development team, establishing clear KPIs, territories, and a disciplined follow-up culture. Digital & ROI Management: Oversee digital acquisition channels, including paid search, social advertising, and webinars, while evaluating marketing investments based on acquisition cost, revenue, and overall ROI. Pipeline Management: Own the full CRM process from the initial referral contact through to the start of care, providing the CEO with clear weekly and monthly visibility into conversions and channel performance. What We Expect: A leader who takes true ownership of business outcomes and client starts, rather than just tracking marketing activity or meetings. A data-driven mindset to determine what is working and where time and marketing dollars should be allocated. An active presence in the Queens and broader NYC market, with a comfort for spending significant time in the field developing relationships. The ability to build clear systems, scripts, and processes that can scale as Aaidebook grows its tech-enabled operations.
