Role Description The Director of Business Operations at LLP SAPSAN is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing core business processes across the organization. This role manages day-to-day operational performance, identifies areas for improvement, and implements scalable solutions that support strategic and financial goals. The Director collaborates with cross-functional teams to align operations with company objectives, monitor key metrics, and ensure efficient program execution. Regular responsibilities include leading operational projects, streamlining workflows, improving resource allocation, and reporting on operational outcomes to senior leadership. The role also involves mentoring team members, establishing best practices, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong experience in Business Operations and Program Management to oversee daily activities and drive strategic initiatives. Demonstrated expertise in Business Process Improvement, with a track record of optimizing workflows and implementing effective operational changes. Solid Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret data, manage budgets, and support decision-making with clear, data-driven insights. Proven leadership and people management abilities, including team development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences. Experience working in remote or distributed teams, with strong organizational and time-management capabilities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage. Familiarity with modern productivity tools, project management software, and process mapping methodologies is beneficial.
