You report to the President and Managing Partner. You build the pipeline, run the meetings, and close. You turn $1M LPs into $5M LPs. You get on planes, because capital doesn't come to us. We go get it. Want a narrow lane? Don't apply. Why You'd Want It New funds have upside but no proof. Big funds have proof but no upside. We have both. We've got 8+ years of track record behind us and a lot of room left to grow. Help us make the next jump and you get the credit, not a team of forty. Who We Want You've raised real money for private funds. Even better, you helped a manager go from about $150M to $1B+. Your network is yours, it's warm, and it writes checks this quarter. You don't need a playbook or a babysitter. Interval funds and feeders are a plus. How You Get Paid You get equity and carry in the firm, plus a senior base salary that starts the day we close. You're trading cash now for ownership later. If salary is the only thing that interests you, this isn't for you.
