Role Description The Director of Corporate Communications is a full-time, remote role responsible for shaping and leading NOSTAW DESIGN GROUP LLC’s external and internal communication strategies. This role oversees corporate messaging, develops strategic communications plans, and ensures consistent brand voice across press releases, media engagements, and digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing corporate communications programs, coordinating media relations, preparing executive communications, and supporting announcement and campaign planning for key initiatives and services. The Director will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align communication efforts with business objectives, enhance brand visibility in the AEC and BIM sectors, and maintain transparent, timely internal communications that keep team members informed and engaged.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Corporate Communications and Strategic Communications, including developing and executing integrated communication plans. Proficiency in Press Releases and Media Relations, with experience drafting announcements, securing coverage, and managing press interactions. Experience in Internal Communications, including crafting messages for employees, supporting leadership communications, and managing company-wide updates. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical or AEC/BIM concepts into clear, accessible messaging. Proven experience in a communications leadership role, preferably within professional services, technology, or the AEC industry. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional and executive stakeholders. Familiarity with digital and social media channels, content development, and brand positioning strategies. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
