Director of Investment Strategy

Role Description This is a full-time remote role at Belfius Private. The role involves supporting private banking clients with high-quality service, handling day-to-day inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of financial solutions. The professional in this position will manage client documentation, maintain accurate records, and assist with the preparation of reports and presentations. Daily tasks include monitoring client requests, following up on open items, and contributing to process improvements. The role also requires active collaboration via digital tools, participation in virtual meetings, and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Strong client-service orientation, with the ability to build professional relationships and respond to client needs promptly and accurately. Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple requests in a remote environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an asset. Comfort with digital collaboration tools and core office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools, video conferencing platforms). Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation, data entry, and report preparation. Experience in financial services, private banking, or a related client-focused environment is preferred. Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and follow internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
