Director of Operations

Role Description The Director of Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across the organization. This position manages operational planning, process optimization, and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery of healthcare products and services. The Director will lead cross-functional teams, establish performance metrics, and monitor operational results, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings. The role includes budget management, coordination with customer service functions to enhance client satisfaction, and collaboration with senior leadership on strategic initiatives. The Director will also implement operational policies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with organizational standards and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

Strong Operations Management skills, including process improvement, workflow optimization, and resource planning. Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess performance, and support data-driven decision-making. Team Management experience, including leading remote teams, coaching, and performance management. Budgeting skills for financial planning, cost control, and forecasting across operational functions. Customer Service experience to support high-quality client interactions and continuous improvement of service delivery. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Experience in healthcare, health services, or a related industry is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
