Perform laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and procedures. Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment. Analyze and interpret test results, and report them accurately. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide timely and accurate diagnoses and treatment plans. Conduct research and stay updated on advancements in immunology. Continuously monitor and maintain quality control standards. Handle and process biological specimens with care and accuracy. Maintain accurate records and document all procedures and test results. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines. Train and mentor new lab technicians and provide guidance and support to colleagues. Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory tests and procedures. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement. Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
