SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED PROBATE & INHERITANCE REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST Strategic Partnership / Leadership Opportunity / Contract Based - Performance Based Affinity Wealth Concepts LLC (AWC) is launching an exciting new division: Executor Settlement Concierge™, a comprehensive service designed to assist Executors, Personal Representatives, and Successor Trustees with the often-overwhelming administrative responsibilities of settling an estate. Our mission is straightforward: Help families navigate estate settlement by providing hands-on administrative support, professional coordination, and real estate expertise—all through one central resource. We are seeking an experienced entrepreneurial Realtor specializing in Probate, Inherited Property, and Estate Real Estate Transactions to help develop and lead the real estate component of this growing business. The ideal candidate will have: · Demonstrated experience with probate and inherited property transactions. · An understanding of the challenges facing Executors, Trustees, and beneficiaries. · Established relationships with probate attorneys, estate planning professionals, fiduciaries, and related service providers. · Experience coordinating property valuations, estate cleanouts, repairs, property management, and inherited property sales. · Strong communication skills, professionalism, and sensitivity when working with families experiencing a loss. · An entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in building a long-term business opportunity. What makes this opportunity different? AWC is developing an integrated estate settlement service combining administrative support, financial asset coordination, attorney and CPA relationships, and specialized real estate services. Rather than operating solely as a traditional real estate agent, the selected professional will have the opportunity to help shape a specialized real estate service within a broader legacy planning and estate settlement platform. This is not a traditional salaried position. We envision a strategic relationship with the potential for leadership responsibilities, business development, and long-term growth.
