Role Description The Director of Process Standardization internship role at Rainbow Wallet is a remote position focused on improving and aligning operational processes across the organization. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will document existing workflows, analyze process performance, and identify opportunities for standardization and optimization. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to map processes, define best practices, and support the implementation of scalable frameworks. The intern will also assist in creating process guidelines, dashboards, and metrics to monitor efficiency and consistency. This is an internship role designed to provide hands-on experience in process engineering and organizational improvement in a dynamic web3 environment.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Business Process and Business Process Improvement, with the ability to document and streamline workflows. Experience or coursework related to Process Optimization and Process Engineering, focusing on scalable and efficient systems. Solid Analytical Skills, including data gathering, basic analysis, and interpretation to support process decisions. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, manage priorities, and collaborate with distributed teams. Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Familiarity with productivity or project management tools (e.g., Notion, Confluence, Jira, or similar) is beneficial. Interest in web3, fintech, or digital products and a willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
