Role Description The Director of Product Innovation is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing, developing, and refining the firm’s service and product offerings for ultra-high-net-worth families. The role includes defining product vision and roadmap, identifying market and client needs, and translating these insights into innovative, scalable solutions. This position oversees end-to-end product lifecycles, collaborates closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, and ensures that new offerings integrate seamlessly with existing processes and regulatory requirements. The Director will lead pilot initiatives, analyze performance data, and iterate quickly to optimize value for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities also include stakeholder communication, coordination of projects, and fostering a culture of innovation across the organization.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Product Strategy and Product Management skills to define vision, roadmap, and execute end-to-end product lifecycles. Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess client needs, and support evidence-based decision-making. Candidates should possess effective Team Leadership and Project Management skills to guide cross-functional teams and deliver initiatives on time and within scope. Candidates should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to work with internal and external partners. Experience in wealth management, family offices, financial services, or related fields is highly beneficial. Proven experience in innovation, service design, or product development in professional services environments is desirable. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Comfort working in a remote, entrepreneurial, and highly confidential environment with high attention to detail and integrity.
