Director of Product Management

Role Description The Director of Product Management is responsible for leading product vision, strategy, and execution across a portfolio of products in a remote capacity. This role oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and market analysis through requirements definition, release planning, and post-launch optimization. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, prioritizing product roadmaps, aligning stakeholders on goals, and using data and customer insights to guide decisions. The Director will mentor and coach product managers, set standards for product practices, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This position also involves communicating product plans and outcomes to senior leadership and partnering closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management, including ownership of roadmaps and product outcomes. Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, define metrics, and use insights to make informed product decisions. Proven Team Leadership experience, including mentoring product managers and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture. Solid Project Management capabilities, with a track record of coordinating cross-functional initiatives and delivering complex products. Experience working in a remote environment, with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. Background in managing digital or software products; familiarity with agile methodologies is highly beneficial.
