Role Description The Director of Professional Services is a full-time remote role responsible for leading client-facing implementation and consulting engagements, ensuring successful delivery of AiforMax solutions. This role oversees the professional services team, including resource planning, project prioritization, and performance management, while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. The Director will design and refine service methodologies, manage program-level delivery across multiple clients, and work closely with sales, product, and engineering to align solutions with client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding project teams, resolving escalations, monitoring key delivery metrics, and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders. The role also involves contributing to strategic planning for services offerings and identifying opportunities to expand and improve the professional services portfolio.
Qualifications
Professional Services and Consulting skills, with experience leading client engagements and service delivery initiatives. Program Management capabilities, including project planning, execution oversight, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Team Management and Team Leadership skills to guide, mentor, and develop a distributed professional services team. Experience in technology or SaaS environments, preferably involving AI, automation, or data-driven solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on measurable outcomes for clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to executive stakeholders. Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting, managing cross-functional collaboration across time zones. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree is a plus.
