Role Description The Director Operations Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day fund and organizational operations. This role includes establishing and refining operational processes, managing cross-functional programs, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Director will coordinate with investment, finance, and compliance teams to streamline workflows, monitor performance metrics, and support regulatory and reporting requirements. They will drive operational efficiency, lead risk and issue management, and implement tools and frameworks for program and project tracking. The position also involves mentoring team members, improving internal communication, and contributing to strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications

Strong Operations Management and Program Management skills to design, oversee, and improve end-to-end processes. Proficiency in Project Management and Budgeting to plan, execute, and monitor initiatives within scope, time, and financial targets. Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, develop insights, and support evidence-based decision-making. Experience in financial services, venture capital, private equity, or related investment environments is preferred. Proven track record in leading remote, cross-functional teams and managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
