You’ll be the first point of contact for staff and customers during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays—keeping care running smoothly when the office is closed.
This fully remote role is essential in helping us maintain service quality, staff wellbeing, and client satisfaction at all times.
In case of emergency you need to go to the community to support the business needs. It means you will need to provide care in the community ad-hoc. Driving licence and own car with business insurance is essential.

- Handle urgent calls from carers, clients, and professionals

- Cover care in an emergency
✅ Staff Support
- Provide guidance and reassurance to care staff
- Offer advice on incidents, emergencies, and company protocols
- Ensure lone workers feel supported out of hours
✅ Communication & Compliance
- Log all calls and actions taken during the shift
- Deliver clear handovers to the office team
- Uphold safeguarding and CQC compliance at all times
✅ What You’ll Need:
- Essential:
- Previous experience in domiciliary care or health & social care
- Strong rota management and problem-solving skills
- Calm and confident decision-making under pressure
- Access to reliable phone and internet during shifts
- Desirable:
- Experience with PASSsystem or Care Planner
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
- Working knowledge of CQC requirements
💡 Why Join Us?
- Be a key player in keeping vulnerable people safe and supported
- Competitive pay with enhancements for unsociable hours
- Flexible remote working
- Supportive, well-structured handover process and ongoing training
