Job Title: Donor Relations Officer Team: Development Classification: Full-time, Exempt Reports To: Director of Development Direct Reports: None Effective Date: September 1, 2026 Position Summary - A Donor Relations Officer fundraises for Oliver Gospel by compiling, managing, and cultivating a portfolio of major donors. - They maintain curated annual giving plans with detailed profiles for each portfolio donor to strategically increase their annual giving with compelling offers and a personalized relationship with the mission. - This is a fully remote position. Employees are expected to maintain a professional home office environment that supports productivity, confidentiality, and reliable communication. - While the position is primarily remote, occasional on-site attendance at Oliver Gospel locations. Meetings, donor events, training, and organizational activities are required based on business needs.
