Door-to-Door Appointment Setter

Job Summary As a Door-to-Door Appointment Setter, you’ll start conversations with prospective business customers, learn about their needs, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. You’ll combine confident in-person outreach with phone communication, warm and outbound calling, and clear client communication. This role is a fit for someone who enjoys sales, customer service, and building new business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective business customers, introduce relevant technology sales solutions, and use consultative selling to understand their needs.
• Schedule appointments and share accurate prospect details with sales colleagues; support business development, marketing, and deal closing efforts.
• Make warm and outbound calls, apply telemarketing and inside sales practices, and use negotiation skills to move conversations forward.
• Record outreach, customer interactions, and appointment details in Salesforce or another customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Adopt sales technology and sales automation technologies to organize follow-up and maintain reliable records.

• Strong English communication skills, including clear phone communication, active listening, and professional in-person conversations.
• Sales, B2B sales, customer service, business development, or call center experience is useful; technical sales experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software, CRM system proficiency, Salesforce, or Salesforce Cloud is preferred.
• Comfort learning sales technology and automation tools is valued; experience with technology sales, inside sales, or telemarketing is helpful.
• Demonstrated consultative selling, negotiation, warm calling, outbound calling, or deal-closing skills are beneficial.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week Language:
