Door-to-Door Sales Representative – Hail Damage Direct 35% of Profit Per Vehicle | Typically $1,500–$2,000 Per Closed Car | $500 Advance on Dropped Vehicles We’re building a strong sales team and looking for motivated people who want an opportunity to make serious money in the automotive hail industry. This is not an hourly position where your paycheck stays the same no matter how hard you work. You get paid based on the business you bring in. Our sales representatives earn 35% of the profit on their deals, which typically works out to approximately $1,500–$2,000 per completed vehicle. There is no commission cap. How You Get Paid 35% of profit on every qualifying vehicle you bring in Average commission is approximately $1,500–$2,000 per completed vehicle $500 advance when your customer drops their vehicle off for repair Remaining commission paid after the vehicle is completed and the deal closes Unlimited earning potential For example, based on typical commissions: 2 completed cars = approximately $3,000–$4,000 4 completed cars = approximately $6,000–$8,000 6 completed cars = approximately $9,000–$12,000 Actual earnings vary based on each repair and the number of customers you close. What You'll Do

You’ll work in neighborhoods and areas affected by hail storms, speaking directly with vehicle owners who may qualify for our hail repair program. Your job is to Knock doors in assigned hail-damaged areas Identify potential customers with hail-damaged vehicles Explain our repair program clearly and professionally Help customers understand the process Get qualified customers signed up and scheduled Follow up with your customers through the repair process Work with our team to make sure customers are taken care of You focus on finding and closing customers. Our team helps handle the rest of the process. We Train You Experience in hail repair is not required. We provide training on How to identify hail damage How to approach homeowners What to say at the door How our repair program works How to overcome common objections How to follow up and close deals How to maximize your income in an active hail market If you're coachable, competitive, and willing to put in the work, we can teach you the business.
