Position Overview
We’re seeking a highly motivated Remote Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic sales team. In this hybrid role, you will be the primary virtual sales contact for a portfolio of independent retailers, managing relationships, executing promotional programs, and driving incremental revenue. You’ll work closely with the Virtual Sales Customer Manager and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional service and growth opportunities.
