Your Role & Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Recruiter Werkstudent at brighthush, you will be the bridge between our B2B clients, candidates, and the internal teams that drive our platform. Your work will directly influence the quality of hires, the satisfaction of our customers, and the continuous improvement of our product. • Customer Success & Recruiting Support: Partner with our B2B clients to understand their hiring needs, provide strategic recruiting advice, and ensure a seamless candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding.
• Candidate Management: Own the end‑to‑end candidate experience—initial outreach, interview coordination, feedback loops, and final offer negotiations—while maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
• Candidate Satisfaction & Feedback: Design, administer, and analyze candidate satisfaction surveys. Translate insights into actionable improvements for both the recruitment process and the platform’s user interface.
• Content & Communication: Draft and send engaging newsletters to our candidate community, update the candidate portal with fresh content, and ensure all communications reflect brighthush’s brand voice.
• User Experience Testing: Act as a product tester by reviewing candidate profiles and platform workflows from a user perspective. Identify pain points, document findings, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement fixes.
• Process Improvement & Innovation: Continuously evaluate existing recruiting workflows, propose enhancements, and lead small projects to implement new ideas that increase efficiency and candidate quality.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Student Status: Currently enrolled at a recognized university or college (m/w/d).
• Passion for HR & Customer Success: Genuine interest in talent acquisition, customer relationship management, and the broader HR tech landscape.

• Excellent German Communication: Strong written and verbal German skills; fluency in English is a plus.
