Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate AI Agents & Tools – Design, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end workflows that parse broker documents, extract transaction data, and feed it into brighthush’s import engine. Work with state‑of‑the‑art models such as Claude, ChatGPT, and custom agent frameworks to automate data extraction and validation.
- Quality Assurance & Validation – Rigorously review AI‑generated outputs, ensuring both technical accuracy and financial correctness. Identify hallucinations, inconsistencies, and edge cases before they reach the end user, and document findings for continuous improvement.
- Prompt & Workflow Engineering – Build, test, and maintain reusable prompts, scripts, and validation routines that guarantee repeatable, reliable import performance across a wide range of broker formats and data sources.
- Data Standardization – Transform raw broker data into the unified schema required by brighthush, ensuring seamless integration with our analytics, reporting, and visualization modules.
- Community Support & Feedback Loop – Engage with users via email, community forums, and in‑product feedback channels. Troubleshoot issues, capture insights, and translate user pain points into actionable product enhancements.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partner closely with engineering, product management, and support teams to translate user feedback into concrete feature requests, sprint backlogs, and release plans.
- AI Model Evaluation & Fine‑Tuning – Monitor model performance, conduct error analysis, and collaborate with data scientists to fine‑tune prompts and embeddings for higher precision.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing – Create clear, concise documentation for internal teams and external users, including best‑practice guides, troubleshooting FAQs, and release notes.
Essential Qualifications
- Student Status – Currently enrolled in a university program with at least six months remaining. Must be able to commit 20 hours per week.
- German Proficiency – C2 level required for clear communication with our German‑speaking community and internal documentation.
- Financial Acumen – Solid understanding of securities, dividends, splits, fees, taxes, and broker statements. Ability to interpret and contextualize transaction data in a financial context.
- AI Tool Experience – Hands‑on work with Claude, ChatGPT, agent frameworks, and automation tools. Skilled at evaluating AI outputs for hallucinations, edge cases, and data quality issues.
- Technical Skills (Nice to Have) – Familiarity with TypeScript, Node.js, CSV, PDF, and other common data formats. Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
