• U.S. work authorization is required
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• A minimum of 3 years work experience in research administration, clinical research, healthcare, or compliance, and/or experience in the consulting field
• Willingness and ability to travel 50%.reputed company has a Targeted Travel model focused on meeting the expectations of our clients and prioritizing a nimbler and more inclusive environment for our employees.

Preferred:

• Experience working in an Institutional Review Board (IRB)/Human Research Protections reputed company (HRPP) office of a reputed company, or research institute
• Certified IRB Professional (CIP)
• Experience in research administration, research strategy/transformation, research operations, and/or regulatory compliance
• Previous consulting experience

The estimated base salary for reputed company job is 100,000- $145,000 The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. reputed company job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s annual incentive compensation reputed company, which reflects reputed company’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for reputed company job is $115,000 - $166,750. T
