JVN Hair is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Education Manager to lead our Southeast territory! This is a n exciting opportunity for a beauty industry professional who loves building relationships, developing retail partnerships, educating teams, and bringing a brand to life in-store. What You ’ ll Do: ✨ Drive sales growth and performance across your assigned territory, with a focus on Ulta Beauty. ✨ Build strong relationships with Ulta District Managers, store leadership, beauty advisors, and salon teams. ✨ Execute engaging in-store events, trainings, product education, and brand activations. ✨ Analyze sales performance, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to achieve and exceed goals. ✨ Inspire and educate store teams on JVN Hair products, haircare, styling, and scalp health. ✨ **Manage territory budgets, field activities, and reporting while maximizing sales impact.
