Employee Benefits Systems Trainer

Job Title: EB Trainer – Employee Benefits Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 5+ years in BenefitPoint and 3+ years in technical training Location: Remote Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Trainer to deliver engaging, role-based training programs supporting the implementation and adoption of Vertafore BenefitPoint, integrated Employee Benefits tools, and standardized business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong Employee Benefits insurance knowledge, hands-on BenefitPoint experience, and expertise in technical training, curriculum development, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training programs for Vertafore BenefitPoint and related Employee Benefits applications. Conduct instructor-led virtual and in-person training sessions. Create role-based training paths, onboarding programs, and advanced system workshops. Support system implementations, migrations, and post-go-live training. Develop user guides, SOPs, training presentations, and learning materials. Help employees adopt new workflows and standardized business processes. Collaborate with business SMEs, implementation teams, and change management specialists. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning materials. Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on Vertafore BenefitPoint experience within an insurance agency or brokerage. 3+ years of technical training experience. Strong understanding of Employee Benefits insurance operations. Experience delivering virtual and classroom-based training. Strong curriculum development and training facilitation skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills. Experience using Microsoft Office and learning technologies. Ability to simplify complex insurance software processes for end users. Preferred: Experience supporting BenefitPoint implementations, migrations, user adoption, and enterprise transformation projects.
