Title: Employment Law Attorney Location: California | Remote Base Salary: $240,000+ plus bonus and benefits The Firm: A national law firm with a dedicated labor and employment practice, representing employers in complex workplace disputes and sophisticated litigation. The firm handles class actions, regulatory matters and appellate work, supporting clients on challenging employment law issues across multiple jurisdictions. Requirements: 5+ years of California employment litigation experience. Active California Bar admission in good standing required. Substantial experience with complex wage-and-hour litigation and class actions. Familiarity with California's Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) and related employment claims. Excellent legal research, brief writing and complex motion drafting skills. Ability to analyse challenging legal issues and develop persuasive litigation strategies.
