About the Opportunity (this is not a traditional role) As a Leadership Development Partner, you will: Learn and apply modern digital marketing strategies, including social media and online advertising Generate and manage qualified enquiries through proven systems and automation tools Conduct professional follow-up conversations and guide prospective clients through a structured process Participate in weekly global training and wellness sessions Mentor and support new clients using established onboarding frameworks Work independently while being supported by a collaborative international community Integrate innovative technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance efficiency, productivity, and growth
