Engineering Manager

Leading a team within TRM Engineering, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will be responsible for ensuring technical quality, setting team direction, and fostering a collaborative culture while managing delivery cadence and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Run the team by setting direction, standards, and managing the hiring process to ensure adequate staffing and operational efficiency Lead and develop the team through performance reviews, coaching, and fostering a culture of psychological safety and high standards Own the technical quality of the team's systems by guiding architecture decisions and ensuring reliability and operational excellence Required Qualifications 7+ years of software engineering experience, including production systems and operations 2+ years of engineering management experience with a focus on team development and operational effectiveness Experience leading teams responsible for production systems, including incident response and reliability Technical credibility in TypeScript and Node.js, with hands-on experience in modern front-end frameworks and cloud infrastructure A track record of building inclusive, collaborative cultures that promote continuous learning and psychological safety Experience: 4 years required
