Entertainment Rigger/Stage Hand

Set up and dismantle equipment for shows and events, including lighting, sound, and rigging systems. Ensure all equipment is safely installed and secured according to industry and company safety standards. Work closely with the entertainment team to ensure seamless execution of performances and events. Monitor and maintain equipment throughout the duration of shows and events to ensure optimal functionality. Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during performances or events. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement creative solutions for staging and rigging needs. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling and storage of equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the proper storage and maintenance of equipment. Attend all necessary training and meetings to stay updated on safety protocols and procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks. Participate in load-ins and load-outs for shows and events, including heavy lifting and manual labor. Assist with other production duties as needed, including set construction and prop management. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures for more efficient and effective operations. Represent the Disney brand by providing exceptional guest service and a positive attitude at all times.
