Entry Level Content Manager

Reports to: Account Supervisor Responsibilities: Manage day to day content production in proprietary online tools Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for user experience Create and update relevant documentation to support the project Gather necessary assets for new cycle set up. Create new templates and other tool updates for new cycle production Serve as primary point of contact between Fuse and assigned clients Monitor emails throughout the day and respond accordingly Demonstrate strong time management by prioritizing tasks effectively, meeting deadlines, and consistently arriving on time and prepared for scheduled meetings Work with Account Supervisor to keep client updated with project and assignment statuses. Keep production projects moving forward by communicating internally to ensure adherence to timelines Review production deliverables to ensure quality and that they meet requirements Review timelines regularly to ensure accuracy and adherence to dates. Post regional datasheets to the client’s SharePoint Manage translations with the client’s designated agency Pursue a full understanding of the entire project in order to provide support in a proactive manner Perform routine tasks independently with or without assignment. Other duties as assigned Background: 1- 3 years’ experience in administrative, date management, or documentation focused role preferred. Experience in a role requiring detailed information gathering, accurate recordkeeping, and careful review of content or documentation is a plus. Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to review information for accuracy and consistency. Ability to identify problems, troubleshoot issues, and take initiative to find solutions. Excellent organizational and self-management skills. Good collaboration and communication skills, with a team oriented attitude. Basic understanding of HTML tags and how they affect formatting is a plus. General knowledge of computer hardware and how computer components work together is a plus.
