Epic Applications Analyst – ASAP (Fully Remote)

• Serve as a key contributor to application support and delivery for multi-user clinical and financial systems.
- Take ownership of installation, configuration, testing, training, and ongoing optimization of Epic applications.
What You'll Do:
- Manage application builds, upgrades, and validation to maintain system functionality and stability.
- Investigate root causes of issues and implement sustainable solutions using best practices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and support effective application use.
Who You Are:
- Bring 3+ years of experience in technology, healthcare, or a related industry.
- Hold active Epic ASAP certification and experience with Epic build and configuration.
- Demonstrate strong communication, decision-making, and project management skills.
How We Work:
- Remote role with core collaboration hours aligned to Eastern Time (ET).
- Travel up to 25% for go-live implementations and on-call support as required.
