Escrow Officer - Remote

Turbo National Title LLC | Remote, U.S. Turbo National Title is a growing national title company licensed in 30+ states, and we're adding an experienced Escrow Officer to our closing team. This role is for someone who already knows how a closing runs and wants to own their files, not be handed tasks.

What You'll Do

Own residential purchase and refinance files from open to funding, recording, and post-closing Work directly with lenders, agents, borrowers, attorneys, and our internal team Prepare and review settlement statements and closing documents Clear title requirements and keep every file on schedule Keep files and status updates accurate in Qualia What You Bring Proven title or escrow experience Hands-on Qualia experience (required) Residential purchase and refinance closing experience Sharp attention to detail and strong follow-up Confidence managing multiple files and deadlines without supervision Clear, professional written and verbal communication Self-directed and reliable in a remote environment Compensation $65,000 to $75,000 per year, based on experience Why Turbo National Title?
