Estimator

Location: Remote Construction: DEPCON The Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to assess costs and prepare estimates for construction projects, manufacturing processes, or service contracts. The Estimator will analyze project specifications, labor, materials, and time requirements to provide accurate and competitive pricing. This is a full-time position with hours dictated by business needs. What will you do? - Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and requirements, setting priorities. - Quantity takeoffs and Production estimates - Construction Drawing evaluation and interpretation - Prepares construction budget by studying construction plans; updating specifications; identifying and projecting costs for each elevation. - Evaluates offers to purchase by costing changes
