Executive Assistant

Their calendars, travel and client documents need one person keeping them in order, or meetings get double-booked and reports go out unformatted. We're hiring an Executive Assistant for that. Your first months First month: You take over both calendars and schedule client and internal meetings, with agendas sent ahead. By month six: You track client deadlines and document requests before the leads have to ask.
