Role Description The Executive Vice President role is a senior leadership position responsible for guiding strategy, operations, and organizational growth at SG | Exocad Certified Training Center. This is a full-time remote role. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing business development initiatives, maintaining key client and partner relationships, and directing the expansion of training programs and services. The Executive Vice President will collaborate with functional leaders to set strategic priorities, monitor performance metrics, and ensure that programs meet quality, compliance, and client satisfaction standards. The role also includes managing budgets, supporting talent development, and representing the organization at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

Qualifications

Leadership and management skills, including strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Business development and relationship management abilities, with experience in partnerships, client engagement, and market growth. Operational and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders. Background in healthcare, dental technology, digital dentistry, or related training/education environments is highly beneficial. Demonstrated experience in a senior executive or comparable leadership role, preferably in a growth-oriented organization. Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage. Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong self-organization, time management, and digital collaboration skills.
