Role Description The Executive Vice President role is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing strategic direction, operations, and growth across Home & Commercial Real Estate’s business units. This leader will drive long-term planning, set performance goals, and ensure alignment with company vision and financial objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing senior leadership teams, reviewing business performance, guiding key real estate and construction initiatives, and ensuring high-quality client service. The Executive Vice President will collaborate with stakeholders on new market opportunities, operational efficiencies, and risk management, while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. The role also involves representing the organization in major client engagements, partnerships, and industry events.
Qualifications
Demonstrated executive leadership experience overseeing multiple business units, with strong strategic planning and decision-making skills. Proven expertise in real estate, construction, property development, or related industries, including familiarity with market trends and regulatory considerations. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support sustainable growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams and clients. Track record of leading remote or geographically dispersed teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and inclusion. Experience in change management, process improvement, and driving operational efficiency across complex organizations. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred. Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for remote work, project management, and data-driven decision-making.
