Exhibition & TradeShow Booth Designer
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer to develop innovative and functional trade show booth concepts. You will translate client needs into compelling designs, balancing visual impact, functionality, and technical feasibility while meeting project requirements, budgets, and deadlines. You will work closely with our Commercial and Production teams to bring each concept to life, from initial rendered, proposals to production drawings and installation support. Strong visual and verbal communication skills to present ideas to clients and internal teams. Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines. A collaborative approach and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments. A strong sense of ownership, reliability, and a proactive approach to self learning. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in 3D modeling, production drawings, rendering, and basic image and vector editing. Understanding of the beMatrix system. Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken. Availability to travel and support on-site event and booth installation supervision. A valid passport and U.S. visa are preferred. Reports to: Commercial Director Employment type: Full-time Work arrangement: Remote, with on-site attendance at events and set-up as required. Technical Skills Proficiency in Rhinoceros or similar 3D modeling software. Proficiency in Enscape or similar rendering software. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Working knowledge of production processes and materials used in the events and exhibitions industry. Ability to prepare dimensioned drawings, assembly instructions, graphic specifications, and basic production drawings. Familiarity with Google Workspace for file sharing and collaboration across teams.
