This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, evaluating financial performance, strengthening internal financial controls, and providing actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making. The Finance Manager will contribute to financial oversight, resource allocation, investment-related financial analysis, and operational efficiency while collaborating with senior management and relevant business teams. Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning and Analysis Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives. Analyze financial performance, revenue trends, operating expenses, cash flow, and budget variances to identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare financial projections and scenario analyses to support management decisions and evaluate business performance. Financial Reporting and Management Oversee the preparation of periodic financial statements, management reports, and financial performance summaries. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial information across relevant business functions. Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management to support informed decision-making. Budgeting and Cost Management Coordinate the annual budgeting process and monitor actual performance against approved budgets. Evaluate operating costs, identify cost optimization opportunities, and support effective allocation of financial resources. Establish financial monitoring procedures to improve expense control and operational efficiency. Cash Flow and Financial Operations Monitor cash flow, liquidity requirements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other routine financial activities as applicable. Support cash management, working capital planning, and financial resource allocation. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain effective financial processes and ensure the timely completion of financial activities. Investment and Business Financial Analysis Conduct financial analysis to evaluate business opportunities, investment proposals, and potential strategic initiatives. Review financial assumptions, projected returns, operating performance, and relevant financial risks. Collaborate with investment, operations, and management teams to provide financial insights that support investment evaluation and business planning. Internal Controls and Compliance Coordination Maintain appropriate financial controls, documentation procedures, and reporting standards. Support compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements, financial policies, and relevant regulatory obligations. Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, and other professional service providers when required. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with senior management and relevant departments to align financial planning with business priorities. Provide financial guidance to operational teams and support the development of effective financial procedures. Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems, reporting processes, and internal workflows. Reporting StructureThe Finance Manager will report to the Chief Financial Officer or another designated senior executive, depending on the company's organizational structure, and will collaborate with relevant finance, investment, and operations teams. Work ArrangementThis is a remote position based in the United States. The Finance Manager will work remotely while maintaining regular communication with management and cross-functional teams through virtual meetings, digital collaboration tools, and established reporting procedures.
