Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Talent Groups is recruiting for a contract AI Product Owner / Prototyping Lead focused on Content Management. The role leads the creation and adoption of AI-powered agents for content lifecycle management, discovery, governance, and operational workflows, while remaining hands-on in prototyping and solution development.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the roadmap for AI agents supporting Content Management operations
- Evaluate current-state content management processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Design and prototype AI agents that support:
- Content intake and classification
- Metadata generation and enrichment
- Taxonomy management
- Content tagging and organization
- Asset discovery and search optimization
- Content lifecycle governance
- Content archival and retention workflows
- Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and define outcomes
- Create proof-of-concepts and rapidly iterate based on user feedback
- Manage roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and delivery planning
- Define operational KPIs and measurement frameworks
- Support scaling prototypes into production-ready capabilities
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Content Operations, Digital Platforms, or Enterprise Technology
- 3+ years of experience leading AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS), metadata frameworks, and content operations
- Experience managing enterprise-scale content processes
- Demonstrated hands-on prototyping and solution development experience
- Ability to work independently in a transformation environment
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with AI Agents, Generative AI, NLP, and intelligent search technologies
- Familiarity with CMS, DAM, PIM, or knowledge management platforms
- Experieacnce with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, LangChain, Vector Databases, or similar AI ecosystems
- Experience in large-scale enterprise content programs
- Healthcare or highly regulated industry experience preferred
