Key Responsibilities

Organize financial records and verify that totals reconcile. Identify missing inputs and raise questions about unusual figures. Summarize cost and revenue trends using approved financial data. Coordinate reporting inputs and clarify deadlines with stakeholders. Check financial schedules for completeness and arithmetic accuracy.

Qualifications

Willingness to learn budgeting and reporting systems. Experience with reconciliations or financial reports is helpful. Ability to explain simple financial findings clearly. Strong judgment when handling confidential financial information. Foundational understanding of budgets, financial statements, and variances.
