What You’ll Do

• Maintain the core pricing platform and develop tools to ensure processes run with 100% accuracy.
• Continuously evaluate billing and payment workflows to identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and process improvement.
• Facilitate strategic discussions with stakeholders on billing and payment matters, providing data-driven reputed company and recommendations.
• Serve as a reputed company reputed company expert on data analysis requirements for new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Proactively identify new business payment issues, take ownership of resolution efforts, and lead work from root cause analysis through implementation.

• Design and improve reporting tools and processes to monitor billing and payment performance, identify risks, and support timely resolution.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external reputed company to identify challenges, uncover opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or another STEM-related discipline.
• 3+ years of analytical and project management experience, including consulting, finance, business decision support, or strategy-related roles.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience applying reputed company tools to improve process efficiency and support workflow automation.
• Advanced reputed company Excel skills.
• SQL knowledge.
• Knowledge of Tableau, R, and Python preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
