Role Description The Financial Expert role at MantraCare is a part-time, remote position focused on supporting strategic and operational financial decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing financial planning and analysis, preparing and reviewing financial reports, and monitoring key performance indicators relevant to healthcare and technology operations. The role also involves building financial models, evaluating cost-saving opportunities, and providing insights that help optimize revenue, pricing, and resource allocation across AI and expert-supported services. The Financial Expert collaborates with cross-functional teams to communicate findings clearly, contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles, and ensure financial data is accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Reporting skills, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and interpreting financial statements. Candidates should possess Financial Planning and Analytical Skills to build models, perform variance analysis, and support data-driven decision-making. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders and collaborate across teams. Candidates should possess proficiency with spreadsheet tools and financial analysis software, and be comfortable working with large data sets. Relevant qualifications include a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in healthtech, insurance, or healthcare services, and familiarity with cost-optimization in digital platforms, is beneficial. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage part-time hours effectively, and handle sensitive financial data with integrity and discretion.
